Human Resources Director.  The HR Director is the senior Human Resources leader for FoxTrot Aviation Services, a multi-location aviation and facility-detailing services company operating across multiple states in safety-sensitive environments. Reporting to executive leadership, the HR Director owns HR strategy, multi-state employment-law compliance, employment-risk management, benefits strategy, workforce planning, and leadership of the HR team.
