Akron Area SHRM Chapter offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities.

Chapter Sponsorships - Monthly Events

Akron Area SHRM ALL STAR Sponsor

Price: $850.00  

*You do not have to be a member of Akron Area SHRM to participate

Your sponsorship opportunity includes: 

  • An ALL-YEAR LONG advertising partnership with Akron SHRM. Your logo will be on the home page of the Akron SHRM website as an ALL-STAR recognized sponsor.
  • Exclusive sponsorship of one monthly meeting.
  • Promotion of your company as a meeting sponsor in all the email blasts to SHRM members as well as on the meeting information on the SHRM website.
  • A brief introduction/presentation about your company/services to meeting attendees at the meeting (3-5 minutes).
  • Display table in a high-profile area of the meeting room for promotional materials. You can also place business cards/marketing materials at each table/seat.
  • Recognition (company logo) in the event section/registration page of AASHRM’s website as sponsor of the monthly meeting
  • Breakfast for two representatives from your company during the meeting.
  • Opportunity to provide a door prize to attendees (in exchange for business cards of attendees at the meeting (optional).
  • Recognition at our December Member Appreciation meeting (this meeting has the highest visibility) We will have your logo displayed.
  • Additional social media campaigns which include Akron SHRM posts 5 times/year highlighting your company and the benefits offered, reaching out to 2000+ HR Professionals on LI, Facebook, and Twitter

    • Akron Area SHRM Happy Hour Sponsorship

    *You do not have to be a member of Akron Area SHRM to participate 

    Price: $300.00 + Server Gratuity 

    Happy Hour Sponsorship includes: 

  • Announcement along with the selected month’s venue in the chapter’s email blast for the event.
  • Sponsorship pays for appetizers and one drink for all in attendance (this is the $300 price paid directly by the sponsor to the venue).
  • A brief presentation to Happy Hour attendees about your service (3-5 minutes)
  • Your company logo will be displayed on AASHRM’s website as the sponsor for that month’s Happy Hour.
  • Sponsoring company staff are encouraged to attend (great opportunity to network with AASHRM members).
  • Sponsorship Door Prize option: If you provide a door prize (minimum $25.00 value) we will collect business cards from willing participants and give you all cards collected from the door prize drawing.

    These sponsorships will be posted on our website as soon as details are available. Special sponsorships include:

  • Joint Chapter Meetings

  • December Member Appreciation Event (our highest visibility/most attended meeting of the year)
